Fairmount Neighbors Mission

Our overall mission is:

To preserve and enhance the livability, quality, and historic character of the Fairmount neighborhood.

Our goals for achieving this include the following:

To promote communication and coordination with governmental, university, and various private and public entities to strengthen our neighborhood.
To facilitate discussion of neighborhood and community planning issues.
To educate and provide important information to the residents of the neighborhood about issues that impact the neighborhood.
To work with adjacent neighborhoods towards common goals for the community as a whole.
To maintain and continue to improve a sense of pride and identity within the community.
