Welcome, student neighbors!  While many Fairmount neighborhood home owners are drawn to the vibrant, youthful energy that living near a university brings, part of our mission is to help maintain out neighborhood's harmony.   We hope our student residents will help us achieve that goal.

You may want to think twice, as you are possibly inviting a situation where your friends, friends of friends, and soon people you don't even know at all could cause damage to your rental dwelling, create disturbances for your neighbors, and could lead to trouble you didn't anticipate.

Be sure to first take a look at the Partying In Eugene pamphlet by the Eugene Police Department and information about Eugene's Social Host Ordinance concerning unruly gatherings to make sure your party doesn't cause calls to the police or result in fines due to an unruly party.
